Work with a team of trainers that have personally won 6 premierships, played professionally and internationally, have assisted with S&C in 4 senior rugby premierships in Victoria but importantly are certified.
Since 2008 Mana Athlete (formerly Fast Fit Functional) have been working with athletes to assist them with their personal goals within their chosen sport. Evidence based teaching and experiences has come to the forefront when designing programs.
Our coaches and mentors have had incredible experience and input to our whole programming system. We offer an holistic approach like no other facility where we coach the person before the athlete.
Small group training of up to 15 per class.

2 X WEEK ON SITE STRENGTH SESSIONS. PROGRAMS WILL BE TAILORED FOR YOUR SPORT. FULL ASSESSEMENT TO IDENTIFY STRENGTHS AND AILMENTS WILL BE DONE PRIOR.
