After the birth of my third child, I decided to be a stay home mum and that I was going to lose the baby weight with no problems. The first 10kgs come off no worries and then the last 10 would fluctuate and I found myself saying the same thing “this year I am going to lose the last 10kg”. My baby was attending 4 year old kindergarten and I was still struggling to lose the last of my baby weight. I wanted to weigh the same I did the day I got married.
I started training with Ana and I have never looked back. She has taught me that I don’t need to over exercise, I just need to train smarter. I would spend an hour and half at the gym at least 6 times a week and get nowhere. Now I train for 45 minutes 3 times a week and am seeing great results and constantly get comments from peers how my body shape has changed. I am feeling stronger and more confident in myself and attempting things that I would never have done before. Again thanks to Ana!
I have learnt that weighing yourself on the scale is not a true indication and that you don’t have to starve yourself to get results. Ana has taught me the right way to fuel my body to get the max out of my workouts as well as ensure that my metabolism is working to its full capacity, even when I sitting on the couch!
Training with Ana, I have learnt that I don’t need to run on a treadmill to burn calories that doing intense resistance training is much better for you and will get faster results than a treadmill.
Training with Ana and Jose was not a quick fix to my problem but a lifestyle change for me and my family. With three young children, I wanted to be a role model for them and show them how to eat healthy meals rather than a quick fix meal. Even now when people ask me how I have lost my weight my son will say “mums not on a diet but made a lifestyle change.”
Ana and Jose are both very supportive and caring trainers that I have ever met. It is not about the money for them but seeing their clients achieve their goals and continue to succeed. I can’t thank both of them enough.
