I don’t live near you - can I still take part in the challenge?
Yes. We have an On-line Coaching system specially designed for individuals that need tailored solutions for health, performance & the body they really want without having to attend face-to-face consultations.
I’m really unfit, plus I don’t know what's healthy to eat. Will this be suitable for me?
Yes. You are exactly the person we want to help! This is a training and nutrition program suitable for all fitness levels. We start slow, and as you get fitter and stronger, so will your confidence and mindset to stay fit and healthy. We will empower you with the knowledge, skills and tools so you can actively make the right decisions about what you will eat at every meal. We don’t count calories. We like to eat carbs. And we only expect you to exercise for only a handful of hours a week.
Can you write me a program?
Yes. When you join our team, we will prescribe you a training program to suit your goals, whether you attend face to face workouts or train remotely. We set you weekly tasks and provide regular feedback on your progress throughout your transformation.
Can you write me a meal plan?
We believe that it takes more than a meal plan to achieve a true transformation. A meal plan will not turn "good intentions" into a lifestyle. Instead, we provide you with simple guidelines so you can construct your own meal plan based on your goals, work schedule and family needs.
When will I see results?
Results will vary from person to person, depending on how compliant and consistent they are. Upon starting with us, you will complete our Metabolic Classification questionnaire which determines the current status of your metabolism. This will give us a clear starting point and time line as to when significant results will be achieved.
